This also provided the opportunity to test our pet theories - previously discussed at length over many bottles of wine - of how a business should be run. Putting our customers first and making sure they enjoy their interaction with Altered Images forms the cornerstone of our business decisions. The most exciting of these innovations revolve around the rapidly e-volving technologies at our disposal. With just a few extra pieces of kit, we are now able to produce JetProofs in house so you can keep all of your proofs, and we can keep our sitting fee really low. Once you've seen your proofs, we can also post your favourites to a personal Web Album so friends and family can view them. Computer paraphernalia aside, Altered Images is about producing unique, high quality portraits of couples, families and individuals. Our focus, from the day we started trading has always been on putting you in the picture, and we are grateful to all of the customers who have shared a bit of themselves with us.
